Test your concept. Build your customer base. Be considered for future long-term tenancy.
Musanze Food Court is launching a 3-month pop-up program to activate the space and identify strong future tenants. Selected operators will have the opportunity to test their concepts, build their customer base, and be considered for long-term tenancy.
Important Notice: Participation in the 3-month pop-up does not guarantee long-term tenancy. After the pop-up period, Musanze Food Court will review all operators and other applicants using formal selection criteria before selecting long-term tenants.
We are inviting food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle operators to apply for the 3-month pop-up opportunity. After the pop-up period, selected operators may be considered for long-term tenancy.

Musanze Food Court is not simply allocating spaces. We are curating a strong mix of food, beverage, hospitality, culture, and lifestyle operators who can help build a destination for Musanze.
Applicants will be reviewed based on concept quality, menu strength, operational readiness, hygiene standards, customer experience, financial seriousness, local impact, and long-term potential.
The 3-month pop-up period will allow selected operators to test their concept in a real environment. After the pop-up, long-term tenant selection will be based on formal review, actual performance, customer feedback, compliance, and strategic fit.
